L.C.A.C.E. generally conducts their meetings on the 2nd Saturday of each month except July, in the Grayslake Area Public Library, 100 Library Lane, Grayslake Illinois... Meeting room opens 12:00 PM General Meeting 12:30 PM Presentation and/or SIGs follow General Meeting Meetings offer many different formats, the major topic of the meeting is Computer Usage. To accomplish this we offer: demonstrations presented by major or local vendors, a representative of a computer oriented business or educational facility and/or a member of the group; questions and answers sessions and; general open discussions. The group also conducts an annual Christmas Party, Raffle and SwapFest in lieu of the December meeting. Because of a common interest in personal computing and desire to assist each other, we also want to add ENJOYMENT to the learning experience. |
