Pet vaccinaton clinic
In March, LCACE member and veterinarian Lewis Seidenberg took part in a vac-
cination clinic at the Lake County Fair Ground and Event Center. This is part of a
low-cost event sponsored by Lake County’s Animal Care and Control. During the
event, Lewis helps vaccinate around 300 pets with the help from about a dozen
volunteers from the 4-H chapter in Grayslake. Vaccination included: one-year ra-
bies, distemper as well as inserting microchips and nail trimming.
